• AUG manufactures all supplied products to meet the technical standards of the target compatible equipment. We guarantee these products fit equipment not modified or repaired to deviate from the original manufacturer’s dimensional standards. AUG independently backs all products with quality assurance, ensuring stable performance in normal use (excluding damage from improper installation, unauthorized modification, or over-rated use).

Delivery Time

• Standard accessories (with existing production molds): Typical delivery is 4-6 weeks. We may adjust this based on order quantity and production schedule.
• Customized accessories (no existing molds, e.g., parts for specific equipment): Typical delivery is 6-8 weeks. This depends on design confirmation and manufacturing progress.

Shipping and Taxes

• Our standard shipping term is EXW. This excludes import duties, VAT, and other taxes from the destination country/region.
• Need AUG to arrange logistics? Provide your detailed delivery address (country, city, postal code, specific location if needed) on the Checkout page. We’ll help deliver goods to your nearest port or designated address. We calculate transportation fees separately and confirm the amount with you in advance.

Declaration

• On this website, we mention manufacturer names, part numbers, models, and product descriptions only to show our products’ compatible targets, uses, and technical specs. This helps you find and match the products you need. Respective original manufacturers (brands) own the related IP rights (trademarks, copyrights).
