Quality Assurance

• All products supplied by AUG are manufactured in accordance with the technical standards of the target compatible equipment. They are guaranteed to fit equipment that have not been modified or repaired in a way that causes their dimensions to deviate from the original manufacturer’s standards. AUG independently provides quality assurance for all products, ensuring stable performance under normal usage conditions (excluding damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized modification, or use beyond rated specifications).

Delivery Time

• Standard accessories with existing production molds: Typical delivery lead time is 4-6 weeks, subject to adjustment based on order quantity and production schedule.
• Customized accessories without existing production molds (e.g., parts customized for specific equipment models): Typical delivery lead time is 6-8 weeks, subject to the progress of design confirmation and manufacturing processes.
• Delivery time for spare parts (including precision machined components, electronic parts, fastener kits, seals, hydraulic components, engines, and axles) shall be determined based on current inventory levels. Shipping and Taxes

• The standard shipping term is Ex Works (EXW, Incoterms 2020), which excludes import duties, value-added tax (VAT), and other relevant taxes levied by the destination country/region.
• If you require AUG to assist in arranging logistics and transportation, please provide your detailed delivery address (including country, city, postal code, and specific location information if necessary) on the Checkout page. We will assist in delivering the goods to the nearest port in your region or your designated delivery address—relevant transportation fees will be calculated separately, and we will confirm the amount with you in advance.
