When the machine operates, its motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed—typically 900-1500 RPM.

As materials enter the impact zone of the blow bars, they collide with the rotating blow bars on the rotor.

This initial collision shatters the materials, which then get thrown toward the stationary breaker plates (counterattack devices).

This cycle repeats: materials move from the first to the second and third impact chambers, gradually reducing in size.

They undergo repeated crushing until they reach the required particle size, then discharge from the outlet.
