AUG® CONE CRUSHER PARTS
AUG® cone crushers deliver standout performance with four core advantages: large crushing ratio for effective raw material volume reduction, high efficiency to support non-stop production lines, low energy consumption that cuts operational costs, and uniform product size that meets strict processing standards.
They suit medium and fine crushing of materials with medium or higher hardness—such as granite, basalt, iron ore, and limestone—making them ideal for refining crushed materials after primary breaking.
AUG® cone crushers find wide use across key industries: mining (for metal ore and non-metallic mineral processing), smelting (ore pretreatment), building materials (aggregate production), highways and railways (roadbed stone crushing), water conservancy (dam construction materials), and chemical engineering (raw material crushing).
During operation, the crusher’s motor drives the eccentric shaft via transmission components like belts or gears. Under the eccentric shaft’s forced movement, the mantle (moving cone) rotates and swings in a precise, controlled path.
When the mantle moves close to the concave (fixed cone), it forms a closed crushing cavity. Raw materials enter this cavity and undergo repeated pressing and impact forces from the mantle and concave.
Once broken to the target size, the materials are discharged from the crusher’s bottom by gravity, ready for the next processing stage.

Wearing Parts for Cone Crusher
In cone crushers, the mantle (moving cone liner) and concave (fixed cone liner) are clearly the most frequently replaced wearing parts.
AUG offers three standard metallurgy options for its cone crusher liners, tailored to your specific application:
- Mn13Cr2: Ideal for medium-hard materials like limestone and dolomite;
- Mn18Cr2: Suits harder rocks such as iron ore and granite;
- Mn22Cr2: Designed for ultra-hard materials like basalt and quartz.
Our massive database of crusher models and large inventory of molds ensure you get the exact crushing cavity you need. We cover popular cone crusher series, including Metso HP, Sandvik CH, and Terex Maxtrak.
Based on real usage data and customer feedback across mining, aggregate, and construction sites, AUG® cone crusher wearing parts last 10-15% longer than those from other suppliers.
Beyond mantles and concaves, we also supply other critical wearing parts:
- Feed cones: Guide raw materials into the crushing cavity smoothly;
- Main frame liners: Protect the crusher’s main body from material impact;
- Arm guards: Shield the machine’s arm structures from wear;
- Distribution plates: Ensure even material distribution for consistent crushing.

AUG® Genuine Alternative Cone Crusher Spare Parts
AUG manufactures and stocks precision-machined forgings and bronze parts for popular cone crusher models. These key parts include mainshafts (for stable power transmission), head centres (for accurate rotor positioning), socket liners (to reduce friction), and eccentric bushings (for smooth oscillation).
They fit popular cone crusher series like Metso HP, Sandvik CH, and Terex Maxtrak—no extra modifications needed for installation.
Beyond these, our in-house foundry and large lathes let us produce premium frames at more competitive prices. We supply main frames (the core structural support), top shells (to enclose upper components), and bottom shells (for lower cavity protection).
Our vast inventory also covers spare parts for hydraulic and lubrication systems:
- Replacement gaskets (to ensure tight seals), filters (to keep oil clean), and seals (to prevent fluid leaks);
- Complete new lubrication assemblies (for full system overhauls) and hydraulic panels (for easy control adjustments).
All these parts undergo strict quality checks to match original performance standards.
